INTENSIFIES

“Intensifies” is a mix of music and feelings, images and emotions that blend together and become indistinguishable. It is a crossover of music genres that ranges from aggressive heavy metal sections to atmospheric and suggestive melodies, where Music is both the protagonist and the vessel through which the lyrics’ messages and impressions are transmitted.

Our story
It all begun in 2013, when the 17-years-old Andrea and Lorenzo, respectively the current guitarist and keyboardist, had the idea of forming a band to fully express their creativity and have fun at the same time.
The two only started looking for band mates in 2015; by the first months of 2016, the line up was complete, under the name of Ride the Hazard. Between 2016 and 2017, the band started to play gigs at various pubs and events, with a repertoire that included both covers and original songs.
Around mid-2017, the band was forced to go on a hiatus for a year, following various line up changes. The new line up, completed in mid-2018, consisted of the veteran bass player, Leonardo, and two new additions: Niccolò (the singer) and Francesco (the drummer). With the new line up, the band decided to cut the ties with the past and changed its name to Intensifies.
In the summer of 2018, the band entered the recording studio to record their self-titled debut EP album, which consists of 4 brand new tracks. In December, the band finally announced their return to the scene.
The EP album “Intensifies” has been released on May 3rd, 2019, as an independent record. The official music video of the first single, “Devil’s Eye”, has been released on March 22nd.
